GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE

The YFL – YMCA Flag Football League provides players the opportunity to learn the basics of football in a developmental environment. The leagues main focus is on having fun and teaching fundamentals. The YMCA is proud to partner with the NFL Flag Football League.

OPEN COURT SCHEDULE

YMCA Cheerleading offers girls the chance to get active and have some fun cheering on the YBL – YMCA Basketball League teams. Cheerleaders will build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships with other girls.
Participants will receive Top, Bottoms, and Pom Poms.
