Monique L. Bumpers is a passionate nonprofit leader with a proven track record in driving multimillion-dollar campaigns, building partnerships, and advancing community impact. As a Regional Consultant for the American Heart Association, she guided 20 campaigns across seven states, raising over $12M annually. Monique’s strategic leadership transformed fundraising outcomes and elevated volunteer engagement, including leading the Birmingham Heart Ball to its first six-figure major gift and $10M in total funds raised. An Oberlin graduate and Alpha Kappa Alpha member, she balances her professional success with a love for the arts, family, and community service.
