The Chandler Lodge and Conference Center are each equipped with 55″ flat screen televisions outfitted with computer systems. These computers will play DVDs as well as host any computer based presentation. The Lions Lodge has a similar set-up with a 47″ television.
The Dining Hall has built-in audio/visual equipment as well. There is a mounted projector and screen, 2 wireless microphones, wall mounted speakers and input capabilities for HDMI, VGA, component A/V, and standard inputs for i-pods and mp3 players. The Dining Hall is well equipped to serve your presentation needs.
A bed and mattress are provided. You will need bedding (blanket and sheets, or a sleeping bag), a towel, and toiletries. View the complete list.

Yes, please. It’s called the Hold Harmless Agreement. It must be signed by a parent or guardian for all participants under 18.
The deposit is 20% of your anticipated total bill (# of participants times the rate per person). The deposit will be applied towards the final bill.

Camp Chandler programs are rain or shine. Our staff will develop a rainy day itinerary with activities that can be conducted indoors.

Camp Chandler is 8 minutes from Elmore Community Hospital. Camp Chandler has 911 service. A staff member trained in CPR and First Aid is on hand at all times. Camp Chandler has an AED, inhaler, and epipen on hand for emergencies. Camp Chandler’s standing orders are reviewed by a local physician annually.
Just schedule it with our staff. We will build and light the fire for you. All you need is your singing voice and optional s’more makings.

Yes, please ask our staff and they can show you how to fill your coolers.
Two of our lodges are accessible as well as our Dining Hall. Much of our program areas are accessible as well.
The kitchens contain a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee pot, and microwave. Utensils and pots and pans are not supplied. You will need to supply your own paper goods.

Yes, in addition to meeting space in each lodge, we also have space in the indoor chapel and classrooms.
The number of people served on the contract is an estimate. You will need to provide Camp Chandler with a final, guaranteed number one week prior to your arrival. This guaranteed number will be used for ordering the food, accommodations, and staff hiring purposes. Camp Chandler will bill for whichever number is higher, the guaranteed number or the actual number.
The final payment is due at the time of service.
