Spring into fitness
Are you ready to Spring into Fitness? If so, you’re in luck! This is a 6-week VIRTUAL workout program to help you reach your spring fitness goals.
SPRING INTO FITNESS DETAILS
Once you join the challenge you can log your activity minutes in a few different options.

OPTION 1:
Using a fitness tracker. Your fitness tracker can log your workouts if you engage into a “workout/exercise” mode. -
OPTION 2:
With the next option you will enter your workouts manually. Once you enter the app you will click on the workout icon to log your specific workout. You will then click on your workout/activity of choice and adjust the time accordingly. Household chores can be added by searching other and adjusting the time. If you have logged at least 18 workouts by May 16th you will receive virtual recognition via social media. So let the YMCA of Greater Montgomery help you Spring Into Fitness!
Join the challenge
The goal of this challenge is to complete 3-20 minute workouts per week for 6 weeks. During this time of social distancing activities such as yard work, cleaning the garage, laundry, and any household chore will count toward your workout goal. To track your workouts minutes you will use the YMCA App. You must first join the “Spring Into Fitness” challenge.
