The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is a dynamic association of men, women, and children joined together by a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of our youth, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. That’s why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause and our programs are always based on the needs and interests of our communities.
The Y is available to all thanks to our Annual Campaign. The Annual Campaign unites volunteers, donors, and participants as we build upon the strengths of each individual in our community. Because our mission is to serve ALL people, financial assistance is made available to any individual or family who wants to participate in a YMCA program or activity, but cannot afford the fee. Annual Support Campaign helps our Y live its mission every day.

Youth Development

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. That’s why we offer programs that nurture curiosity, build confidence, and encourage healthy habits. From after-school care to summer camps and leadership training, our supportive environment helps young people grow, learn, and thrive—both in and out of the classroom.

Healthy Living

We fully support your pursuit of healthy living, no matter how you define it. To us, healthy living means helping you thrive in every way possible. We offer a variety of programs tailored to all ages, activity levels, and personal interests. From fitness classes to social events, our resources and opportunities are designed to empower you to meet your goals and connect with your neighbors.

Social Responsibility

Caring for our community is at the heart of everything we do. Through volunteer opportunities, food drives, outreach programs, and partnerships, we work to meet critical needs and create lasting change.
