HIIT CHAOS
HIIT CHAOS- A systematic method to challenge your muscles,increase your stamina, and create a unique workout in each and everyclass! With a combination of cardio, resistance training, and HIIT,you’ll feelthe burn and benefit from your workout. Improve yourstamina during the cardio phase through challenging intervals, but, plot twist,YOU determine how to change the base move. Tax your muscles duringthe resistance phase and then it gets a bit extreme during the HIITphase. Each workout you’ll leave proud of yourself and ready for the nextchallenge!
