YMCA Cheerleading gives girls a chance to get active and cheer for YMCA Youth Sports teams while building self-confidence and social skills. Participants will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic motions, jumps, cheers, and chants. Practices are held weekly, and cheerleaders showcase their skills at Youth Sports games on Saturdays. The YMCA emphasizes character development, teaching values like caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith both on and off the field. Grab your uniform, pom-poms, and join in on the fun!

Cheerleading – Tackle Football
The YMCA Cheerleading Program helps children build confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills in a fun, supportive environment. Offered at Wetumpka, Grandview, Cleveland Ave, Bell Road, Wilson, Midtown, and East YMCAs.
