Our positive commitment to programs that strengthen the spirit, mind and body is evident in our fitness programs. Equipment orientation, Personal Fitness Consultation and Fitness testing are free to members. They are great ways to start your journey to better health and well-being. We offer options for personal training.

Splash Pad

Our SPLASH PAD is great for kids! Come make a splash for some fun in the sun! The splash pad is free for members. If you are not a member, splash pad monthly passes are $25 per family or day passes are $5 per person.

Rocktober Spinathon

This event is fun with a purpose! We strengthen our community through donations provided by our Annual Support Campaign. Your donations benefit healthy, young athletes for the next generation.

When you participate in the ROCKTOBER SPINATHON, 100% of the proceeds go directly toward providing life-changing experiences that will have a meaningful impact right in our community.

Our basketball court is a great way to have fun, meet friends and get fit!

emom fitness class

EMOM stands for “Every Minute On the Minute”. EMOM is quickly becoming the workout world’s new high-intensity interval training where you push your body to its maximum capacity in intense bursts and then reduce to fixed periods of lower intensity or complete rest. It is all about pushing your body every minute, on the minute. You begin a prescribed number of reps of an exercise at the top of a minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next top-of-minute.

Personal Training Program

Motivation and accountability are two very good reasons to work with a personal trainer.
A personal trainer prepares your workout agenda, keeps you on task, and encourages you to do your best every session. You and your personal trainer work as a team to reach your goals.

At the Y, we offer workouts to suit your personal needs through one-on-one coaching or small groups of
2 to 4 members with our nationally certified trainers.

Sessions are scheduled with your personal trainer:

  • Members pay for training packages in advance of all training
  • Members purchase training packages at the Welcome Center
  • All sessions must be purchased in 1, 5, or 10 hour packages.

INDIVIDUAL:

1 Hour: $40.00
5 Hour Package: $180.00
10 Hour Package: $340.00

TWO TO FOUR MEMBERS:

1 Hour: $30.00 per person
5 Hour Package: $135.00 per person
10 Hour Package: $255.00 per person
