Equipment orientation, Personal Fitness Consultation and Fitness testing are free to members. They are great ways to start your journey to better health and well-being. We offer options for personal training.

EMOM FITNESS CLASS
EMOM stands for “Every Minute On the Minute. EMOM is fast becoming the workout world’s new high-intensity interval training where you push your body to its maximum capacity in intense bursts and then reduce to fixed periods of lower intensity or complete rest. It is all about pushing your body every minute, on the minute. You begin a prescribed number of reps of an exercise at the top of a minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next top-of-minute.
