The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is dedicated to promoting healthy choices and encouraging people of all ages to engage in a variety of activities. Our adult sports league offers competitive play across three divisions, but the primary focus is on fun, enjoyment, sportsmanship, and building lasting friendships. The league fosters recreational participation, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We aim to build strong kids, families, and communities, and our adult program is open to individuals 18 and older.

Indoor and Outdoor Leagues
Individual Indoor
Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex’s Adult Indoor Soccer League is offered to all individuals 18 years old and older. Each team will participate in 8 league games followed by a single elimination tournament. Various divisions based on playing ability: Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 (Over 30) and Division 4 (Co-Ed). Individual registration for this program does not guarantee you to be placed on a team. A refund will be issued should you not find/ be placed on a team.
Team Indoor
Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex’s Adult Indoor Soccer League is offered to all individuals 18 years old and older. Each team will participate in 8 league games followed by a single elimination tournament.
