Basketball
Our adult basketball program is open to individuals 18 and older, providing a fun, social way to improve your skills and get fit. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, work on your ball handling, or enjoy a good game, our basketball court is the perfect place. Join us to stay active, have fun, and connect with others in a supportive and friendly environment. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level!

Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun, fast-paced paddle sport for all ages and skill levels. With simple rules, it’s easy for beginners to learn but can become competitive for experienced players. Combining elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, it’s played on a badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net. Using paddles and plastic balls with holes, pickleball can be played as singles or doubles, both indoors and outdoors.

Soccer - Outdoor & Indoor
The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is dedicated to promoting healthy choices and encouraging people of all ages to engage in a variety of activities. Our adult sports league offers competitive play across three divisions, but the primary focus is on fun, enjoyment, sportsmanship, and building lasting friendships. The league fosters recreational participation, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We aim to build strong kids, families, and communities, and our adult program is open to individuals 18 and older.

Swimming
Swimming is a vital life skill, great exercise, and a challenging sport. The YMCA offers swim lessons for all ages, family swim, competitive swim teams, and more, providing a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment. The YMCA of Greater Montgomery also features the US Masters Team, a division of the Barracudas, with a monthly swim fee. Join our masters swim team to connect with like-minded swimmers focused on fitness, speed, and fun!

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery offers adult tennis programs designed for players of all skill levels. At 17 Springs YMCA, enjoy access to 12 well-maintained tennis courts for practice and play. The Bell Road YMCA offers private lessons for personalized coaching to help improve your game. Whether you’re looking to practice, play casually, or enhance your skills with expert guidance, YMCA tennis programs provide a welcoming environment for all adult players.

Volleyball
The YMCA Adult Volleyball League offers a fun, organized team sport for adults to stay active, meet new people, and get fit. Emphasizing fair play, good sportsmanship, and keeping winning in perspective, our league fosters a positive environment for all participants. We aim to provide a quality sports experience that promotes community and camaraderie. The league is open to individuals 18 and older, with fees due per team.
