Teen Workout Classes Bell Road YMCA
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. We are offering teen workout classes for ages 12 – 15. Classes will focus on weights, core and stretching. Learn the proper form and techniques to get the most out of your workout.
When: Every Thursday
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Monday – Family Cardio Center
Equipment used will include weight machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, and stretching mats.
