Sweep plank: We all know that a classic plank will have your abs feeling the burn, but after a while, they can be a bit of a snoozefest. Make the move more dynamic—not to mention, more challenging—by getting your legs involved. This one’s a clean sweep (sorry, had to).
1) Assume a pushup position with your arms completely straight. Your body should form a straight line.
2) Slowly raise your left knee to your right elbow, and then swing it over to your left elbow. Hold and return to starting position. Repeat with your right leg. That is one rep.
